If, after your test ride, you decide that the selected model isn't the right fit for you, you can request a refund less a 2% processing fee unless agreement to pay after the test ride has been arranged.

Warranty coverage is 1 year from the date of purchase backed by the manufacture on all mechanical parts and batteries not including wear and tear parts such as throttles, tires, brakes and chains. If you encounter a problem, Elite E-bikes are here to help you with warranty issues or after warranty care for any parts or information you may require for maintenance. Please note Elite does not do repairs or replacement of parts, but we can offer recommendations.
