Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring that someone is available to receive the order when required.

6. Complimentary Test Rides

With the purchase of any Elite Electric Bike, we offer a complimentary test ride with delivery so that you can experience the selected model before making a final decision. WE HAVE A NO REFUND POICY.

If, after the test ride, you determine that the selected model is not suitable for you, you may request a refund in accordance with our test ride and refund policy.

Eligible refunds will be issued for the full purchase amount less a 2% processing fee.

The bike must be returned in accordance with our return requirements and in an appropriate condition. Any damage, misuse, or modification may affect eligibility for a refund.

We limit test rides to 1 mile or less/ max 15 mins duration.

7. Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund policy applies to purchases made through Elite Electric Bikes.

We take great care in providing service prior to purchase in building, inspecting and ensuring the bike is suitable for the rider by providing an in person test ride. If this is the way the bike has been purchased there are no refunds or exchanges on the product.

Refund eligibility may depend on the condition of the bike, accessories, and other items included with the purchase. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever reasonably possible.

8. Warranty

Elite Electric Bikes provides warranty coverage according to the warranty terms applicable to the specific product purchased.

The warranty is intended to cover eligible manufacturing defects and does not generally cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, improper maintenance, normal wear and tear, or use outside the intended purpose of the product.

Always follow the manufacturer's operating and safety instructions.

10. Modifications and Unauthorized Repairs

Modifying an electric bike or using incompatible components may affect its performance, safety, and voids any warranty coverage.

We recommend using approved replacement parts, accessories, chargers, and components and having significant repairs or electrical work performed by a qualified technician.

11. Battery and Charging Safety

E-bike batteries should be charged, stored, transported, and maintained according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Only use the appropriate charger and charging equipment supplied or approved for your specific model.

Do not use a battery that appears damaged, swollen, overheated, or otherwise unsafe. If you have concerns regarding your battery, discontinue use and contact Elite Electric Bikes.

All content on the Elite Electric Bikes website, including logos, photographs, graphics, text, product descriptions, designs, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Elite Electric Bikes unless otherwise stated.
